Shipping Policy

SHIPPING POLICY
 
*ALL PRE-ORDERS WILL SHIP BY MARCH 25TH*
The customer is responsible for paying all shipping costs. 

Free standard shipping on all orders over $150 CAD (after discounts/promotions applied and before sales taxes)- only applicable to orders in North America.

Processing time may take up to 1-3 business days (excluding weekends or holidays), before your item is shipped. 
Any items purchased together with a pre-ordered item will be shipped together at the time that the pre-order becomes available to ship.


DELIVERY TIME TO CANADA:
1-7 Business days

DELIVERY TIME TO U.S:
5-8 Business days

DELIVERY TIME TO THE REST OF THE WORLD:
6-10 Business days

*IMPORTANT: We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These chargers must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. This applies only to American and International orders. 

Changes to Order
Once an order is placed we cannot add, remove or change any items in the order. 


Cancellations
Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled. 


Lost or Stolen Packages 
Enhergy assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen packages and cannot ship out any replacement packages or refund these orders. Please contact the shipping carrier directly if you have not received your package or cannot locate it.

 
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.  In the event that a delivery address is submitted incorrectly or mistyped when an order is placed, Enhergy assumes no responsibility and cannot ship out replacement packages or refund these orders. 

If you realize that you submitted the incorrect address at the time of order, please email contact@enhergy.com and notify us immediately. We can correct the address only if the order has not been shipped out yet. 

 
Returned to Sender
Orders may be returned for various reasons such as an incorrect shipping address or several failed delivery attempts. If your order is Returned to Sender, we will charge an additional shipping fee to send a replacement package or we can refund the order minus a $10 restocking fee.  The original shipping amount is not refundable.
